Effective Sunday September 5th
Trade Council will be unveiled and the makers were elected per a discussion between the executive board the memeber's of the board will be due to there hard work and strong perseverance in the league.

Rules:Every trade must be inspected. For a trade to go through it must have 3 votes to be Ok'd. The head of the councils vote counts as 2.
If one of the members of the board is not present a fil in will be appointed until he/she returns.
If 2 memebrs of the council are involved in the trade they can't vote and instead I myself(Mavs) and Wiz will fill in.If its a 3 way we will pick random gm's not involved.
2.There will be no more editing of players if you draft a bust thats just what he's going to be.
3.For the regular season only the Executive board will select an untradeable player on each team.Unless it's a special situation where they have no quality players.
These players can how ever be traded if you petition the council with a valid reason to why we should allow you to trade this player and what will it mean to your franchise.
4.From this point on if you have no draft picks with in a 3 yr span you can not trade a draft pick. So if you look at your roster and you see no picks at all you can not trade a pick in the future.
5.If anyone is found tanking they will lose there pick for the draft. The executive board will decide this.
6.Yjere will be a weekly checkin gfor all gm's unless you are excused.
7.You must post at a minimum 5 times per week. Albeit in fact or fiction or where ever we just need to get the boards jumping.
8.And starting with next years draft you don't draft the players based off of ratings you go off of scouting reports from me(Mavs), blaha(Pistons), Reaxan(Lakers).
We will act as each teams scout and you IM us for any insider info. IE.(If you have a top 13 pick you can scout 10 guys and get in depth on 4.In depth means we tell you how good we think they will be).
14-end of draft you scout 5 guys. If you dont scout and draft a guy based on mae nad hes a bust its your falut for not scouting.
9.Also there will be reward points that can be used to move your team or yo use as a trade exception at ceartin times of the year.More to come on this.

KingofMinot-I will be in charge of simming,roster updates,uploading.
Mrc0113-Will be in charge of the boards and making sure gm's are active.Will also be in charge of OK'ing new ideas for the boards such as games and things.
Mojo-Will be in charge of making sure player movements are fair and reasonable. No one will have 6 pg's anymore. Also in charge of disipline
Reaxan-Is the president and figure head. What he says goes
We are open to all constructive critisim and any ideas you may have.
